What I do with your information

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. I will use your personal data to help us to identify you when you contact us. I may monitor and record communications with you (including phone conversations and emails) for quality assurance and compliance. I may check your details with fraud prevention agencies. If you provide false or inaccurate information and I suspect fraud, I will record this. I will not disclose your personal data to any third party except in accordance with this privacy policy. When you browse our store, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.

Marketing and Communication

Email marketing: With your permission, I may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. 

Placing an order: When you place an order you agree to receiving emails and communication regarding your order.

Unsubscribe

If at any point you do not want me to hold your personal information or you do not wish to receive information from me then please let me know. You can do this by:

  • Clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of your next e-marketing campaign.

Consent

How do you get my consent? When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

I may use ‘cookies’ to monitor how people use my site. This helps me to understand how my customers and potential customers use my website so I can develop and improve the design, layout and function of the site. I do not store my customer’s financial details.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that I may continue to sell products to you.
