Between Sea & Steel.

Photographed during a brief visit to Crosby Beach, this series explores the quiet contrast between the natural coastline and the industrial horizon beyond it. At low tide, Antony Gormley’s Another Place figures stand facing the sea while wind turbines and distant container cranes emerge through changing light and weather. The landscape feels suspended between stillness and movement, nature and industry, isolation and connection. Rather than documenting the location in a traditional sense, these photographs focus on atmosphere and observation — fleeting moments where light, space and structure briefly come together along the shoreline.
