Alison McMath Photography is a UK-based creative business providing personal branding photography, photographic products and original artwork. There is no public physical studio.

The purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Alison McMath Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No photographs, artwork or website content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, scanned, shared, altered, commercially exploited or used in any form without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Original Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork offered for sale is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created by Alison McMath.

Each artwork is individually photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen and monitor settings.

Unless otherwise stated:

Artwork is supplied unframed.

Mounted artwork includes the mount only.

The artist signs each original artwork.

A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original artwork.

Once an original artwork has been sold, it will no longer be available for purchase.

5. Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not constitute a binding contract.

A photography booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing (including email confirmation).

Specific terms relating to fees, usage rights, cancellation and deliverables will be outlined in a separate client agreement or booking confirmation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for photography services will be agreed with clients in writing before the commencement of services.

Payment for original artwork is required in full at the time of purchase.

Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final images.

7. Image Delivery & Usage

Final edited images will be delivered in the format and timeframe agreed with the client.

Clients are granted a licence to use photographs only as specified in their individual agreement.

Photographs may be used by Alison McMath Photography for portfolio, website, marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping information for original artwork is detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Returns & Refunds

Purchases of original artwork are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we make no guarantees that the content is error-free or completely up to date.

Alison McMath Photography shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to photography services or artwork shall be limited to the amount paid for those services or goods.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
