The Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge.

There’s something special about photographing a woman who is right on the cusp of a new chapter in her business. That’s exactly where Pauline is right now — refining her brand, refreshing her visuals, and preparing to launch something truly exciting. So when she arrived at The Swan Hotel in Newby Bridge for the first of her three branding sessions, the energy was already buzzing.

The Swan, with its soft lakeside light and relaxed luxury, gave us the perfect backdrop for images that feel warm, grounded, and authentically 'her'. From cosy indoor moments to fresh outdoor scenes, every frame was designed to reflect the heart of her work: clarity, confidence, and calm business support.

Why a brand refresh matters.

Brands evolve — and so do the people behind them. As Pauline steps into a new season of her business, she recognised that her visuals needed to evolve too. Brand photography is about communicating who you are and attracting the clients who resonate with that energy. For Pauline, this refresh is perfectly timed with the upcoming launch of her new membership, Profit Harmony® Hub — a space designed to help business owners find balance, clarity, and sustainable growth. You can take a peek at what she’s building here. Fresh imagery gives her the confidence to show up boldly, and it gives her audience a true sense of the woman behind the expertise.

Three sessions.

One photoshoot can tell a story — but three can tell a journey. By spacing Pauline’s branding photography across three separate sessions, we’ll be able to capture:

  • Seasonal variety.
  • Different locations and moods.
  • A mix of lifestyle, behind‑the‑scenes, and professional imagery.
  • The full spectrum of her personality and brand values.

This approach will give her a beautifully varied library of images she can use across her website, social media, membership launch, and her wider business support offerings through Logical BI Limited - you can explore those here. It also means she isn’t limited to one look or one setting — her brand becomes richer, more dynamic, and more relatable.

Our first session at The Swan was all about ease and authenticity. Pauline wanted images that felt natural, approachable, and aligned with the supportive way she works with her clients. We captured:

  • Relaxed lifestyle moments.
  • Professional yet warm portraits.
  • Outdoor scenes that reflect clarity and calm.
  • Candid, real expressions that show her personality.

These images will form the foundation of her refreshed brand identity — and I can already see how beautifully they’ll sit alongside the next two sessions.

What's next.

With two more shoots planned, we’ll continue building a varied, story‑led collection of images that reflect every facet of Pauline’s work. By the end, she’ll have a cohesive, versatile library that supports her membership launch, her consultancy, and her ongoing brand presence. This is the kind of project I adore — thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in who the client truly is. And I can’t wait to share more as Pauline’s journey unfolds.
