A Team that Cares


Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of spending a full day with the brilliant team from Let’s Go Physio at their away day, set in the heart of the Lancashire countryside at Whitehough Activity Centre.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn't just a typical team outing. Yes, there were outdoor activities (archery being a standout moment!), and yes, there were lots of laughs, but what really struck me was how deeply this team cares.

Honesty & Intention


As part of the day, I quietly observed their team presentations, and what I heard was inspiring. Each person spoke with such honesty and intention about their work, their role, and their clients. Their passion was unmistakable. They weren’t just sharing updates; they were reflecting on ways to do more, to do better, and to support their clients with the kind of personalised, hands-on care that changes lives.

Newest Team Member


Between presentations, headshots, and a healthy dose of fresh air, I captured a mix of environmental portraits, real moments, and genuine team connection. Stewart, their newest team member, jumped right into the group with ease — and even picked up a bow and arrow like a pro.

By the end of the day, I had a full memory card, and a renewed appreciation for what thoughtful, client-led therapy really looks like. Let’s Go Physio live and breathe their values, and I was honoured to document it.
