Typical corporate headshots are usually taken quickly, so, more often than not, they result in fake, uninspiring smiles. To get shots with relaxed, natural expressions, I take the time to get to know my clients. When people are calm, they tend to give you who they really are. Liz and Darren of Digienable are the perfect example. This vivacious couple contacted me when they needed to update their website images. The brief: To provide a set of engaging photographs demonstrating that they are approachable and friendly experts. Casual, but professional and knowledgeable was also an important requirement.
The images will be used on socials and email signatures too. Liz's headshot will also be used for conference websites she speaks at. It's so important I understand all these details and requirements, so I can plan the photoshoot, ensuring it runs as smoothly as possible and my clients get the images they desire.
In addition I also give the option for image crops, so that they can be used on numerous platforms, like this one below, which I extended. It could include a logo or wording (which can be changed as often as required) and used as a banner on a website.
