I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase an original artwork through my website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact me within 14 days of delivery by email at info@alisonmcmath.co.uk.

Once you've notified me, you'll have a further 14 days to return the artwork.

Returning Your Artwork

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, including any accompanying Certificate of Authenticity and protective packaging where possible.

Unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning the artwork is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me before returning any artwork so I can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, I'll process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

If the artwork is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, I may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

the artwork

the packaging

any visible damage

I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless faulty:

Commissioned artwork created specifically for you.

Personalised or customised items.

(This does not apply to your current original paintings, as they are ready-made artworks rather than commissioned pieces.)
