Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing an original artwork from Alison McMath.

Every piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Original artwork is normally dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your order. If there is any unexpected delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

All original artwork is sent using a tracked UK delivery service.

You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched, together with tracking details where available.

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for fine art.

Mounted artwork is shipped in a rigid protective mailer, while canvas paintings are securely wrapped and boxed to help prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Charges

Free UK delivery is included with all original artwork.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please contact me before purchasing so I can provide a shipping quotation and confirm availability.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. I cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

Any visible damage

This will help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. I'll investigate the shipment with the delivery provider and keep you informed throughout the process.
